# Call Recordings in Mav.next: Review Voice Conversations

> Listen to recordings of Mav.next voice calls directly from the contact feed, including the rep-side of live transfers, for coaching and compliance.

Every phone call a Mav.next agent handles is recorded as audio — the compliance artifact behind the recording disclosure the agent gives at the start of each call. You can play these recordings right from the contact.

## Where to find them

Open a [contact](/mav-next/contacts-overview) and look in the conversation feed. Any call on the conversation shows a playable recording inline, alongside the call's transcript.

## What's captured

* **The agent–lead conversation** — the full call between the contact and the AI agent.
* **The rep-side of a transfer** — when a call is [bridged to a live rep](/mav-next/rep-transfers), the recording continues through the hand-off so the lead–rep conversation is captured too.
